What data do we process?

When you submit an enquiry, we receive your company name, email address, selected battery application and the information you enter yourself. We also record the submission time and an enquiry reference number.

What do we use this data for?

We use this data to assess your question, respond to your enquiry and, at your request, discuss possible services. In handling your enquiry, we take steps at your request before a possible agreement. We do not automatically use enquiry data for newsletters or advertising.

Storage and security

The website and enquiry form are hosted through OpenAI Sites and the associated Cloudflare infrastructure. Data is stored to handle your enquiry. Service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; their applicable data protection arrangements apply to this processing.

To limit misuse of the form, we temporarily use a derived form of the IP address that cannot be read directly. The form does not store the raw IP address in the enquiry record. The hosting service may also process technical access logs.

How long do we keep data?

We keep enquiry data for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry. Old enquiries that are no longer needed are deleted when we clear out enquiry records. If you engage our services, separate agreements apply to the client file, along with any statutory retention requirements.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or restriction of its processing. Where applicable, you can object or request your data in a portable format. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Technical features of the hosting service may be necessary for security and for the website to function.

What should you leave out of your enquiry?

Do not use this form to send identity documents, passwords, confidential technical records or special category personal data. The enquiry is intended as a brief initial description.
